Commissioner Noack and his staff met with over 40 animal experts to listen to their input and put together a formal presentation during the MCAS workshop held on Wednesday, October 5, 2016. The detailed plan aims to move the shelter forward with specific goals and areas of improvement across the board. By listening to the animal shelter experts and working with other county leaders, Commissioner Noack was able to put together a thorough, solid and specific plan focused on moving the shelter forward.
