- Consider, discuss and allocate votes for candidates for the election of the Montgomery County Appraisal District Board of Directors and authorize Alan B. Sadler, to execute the same.
- Consider and Approve the creation of a County crime response unit under the Sheriff’s Office.
- Consider and take appropriate action on proposed agreement between Johnson Development Corp., on behalf of Conroe Municipal Management District #1 relating to Chapter 381 Tax Increment Financing for CMM #1 Improvement Area.
