THE WOODLANDS- Montgomery County Precinct 3 Commissioner James Noack proposes that Commissioners Court approve the creation of an electronic communication bulletin board accessible by the public.
“I believe an online message board will promote not only transparency but efficiency by opening the lines of communication between the Commissioners court,” said Commissioner Noack.
Government code sec. 551.006 allows for a written electronic communications database that is viewable and searchable by the public.
Commissioner Noack also submitted a resolution for review during the next commissioners court session that opposes the use of eminent domain for the construction of the high-speed rail line by the Texas Central Railway.
“I stand in solidarity with fellow Texas counties in fighting the development of this project,” said Noack.
