SJRA has met with their contractor, Texas Sterling, who has confirmed the following dates for the opening of Research Forest and future construction for Grogan’s Mill Road.
Friday, January 17th, 8:00 PM – Research Forest Dr (Shadowbend to Grogan’s Mill) will be fully reopened to traffic. Process of redirecting traffic and removing traffic controls will take a couple of hours.
Monday and Tuesday,January 20-21 – Temporary, rolling lane closures on Grogan’s Mill (Research Forest to Woodlands Pkwy) for striping and installation of traffic controls.
Wednesday, January 22nd, 9:00 PM – Cut-over of traffic on Grogan’s Mill and closure of southbound lanes from Research Forest to Woodlands Pkwy. Process will take a couple of hours.
