Based on their initial assessment, Montgomery County Commissioner James Noack’s office estimates that at least 926 homes in Precinct 3 suffered water damage from Hurricane/Tropical Storm Harvey.
The list below represents homes in each neighborhood with debris visible from the road. This is the best estimate based on a single point in time (Sept. 5-8). Debris that has been removed from the roadside or that has been placed since our initial survey may not be accounted for in the numbers below.

Precinct 3 has been operating a flood debris drop-off site at no charge to Precinct 3 residents on Pruitt Road since Friday, Sept. 1, open 7 days a week from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. that will remain open until further notice. It is closed Saturday, Sept. 16, and will reopen to the public on Sunday, Sept. 17.
In addition to the drop-off site, Precinct 3 crews are removing debris from residential areas and are moving as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
Commissioner Noack’s office is coordinating closely with the Montgomery County Office of Emergency Management to bring more debris removal equipment into the area.
